Rooted in Santa Barbara County, winemaker Justin Willett crafts wines that reflect the region’s diversity, guided by a shared commitment to organically and sustainably farmed vineyards and a minimalist approach to winemaking. Classically styled yet modern in philosophy, these wines honor their origins with elegance, authenticity, and a deep connection to place.

Our kitchen shares this philosophy, drawing inspiration from European wine bars to create a thoughtful connection between food and wine. We highlight organically grown vegetables from local farms and carefully source the highest quality seasonal ingredients, crafting dishes that complement the wines and celebrate the harmony of wine and food.
